3. Information collected through our Apps (Device Permissions)

To comply with Google Play and Apple App Store requirements, we disclose the following permissions:
- Geo-Location Information: We may request access to track location-based information from your mobile device to to find the nearest Nava Center. You may change our access in your device’s settings.
- Push Notifications: We may request to send you push notifications regarding appointments or account updates. You may turn them off in your device’s settings.
- Mobile Device Access: We may request access to features including your mobile device’s Calendar for saving appointments.
How Do We Use Your Information?
In Short: We process your information for business interests, contract fulfillment, legal compliance, and consent.
We use the information we collect or receive:
- To facilitate account creation and logon.
- To manage user accounts and appointments.
- To send administrative information. Sending you service, product, and new feature information.
- To protect our Services. For fraud monitoring and prevention.

- In-App Deletion: Navigate to [Settings > Account Controls > Delete My Account] within the mobile application to initiate the deletion process immediately.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information (such as medical records) may be retained in our files to comply with legal requirements (HIPAA).
Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?
In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
